Gambler has been a part of our ranch family since 1992, arriving at the age of seven. From the beginning he was full of SPIRIT, and had the most beautiful leg action. Working with several great trainers, he was able to win a National Championship Driving Award in 1994. What an experience that was for all of us. That has been followed by National Reserve Championships, and many other awards over the years. (see show record) Gambler has sired numerous champions over the years, some of which can be seen on his get of sire page. They all seem to inherit his movement. Today, at 23, Gambler is still the King at our ranch. He still likes to have his way with the ladies, but not so many or so often. One of his newest colts, Half Measures Faces of a Gambling Man, won Amateur Reserve Champion Jr. Stallion 30-32, and Top Ten 4th place Jr. Stallions 30-32 at the 2007 World Show. And that SPIRIT that makes him a great horse is still there; just watch if one of the other boys gets too close.
